Is there any association between school-aged children’s maturity and movement efficiency?

Background and aims: Significant biological changes occur during growth spurts, particularly at pre/post-maturity stages. It seems that such are associated with neuromuscular patterns, considerable differences in functional movements performed by growing boys girls through the process of maturation. The purpose study was to investigate association between school-aged children’s maturity their ability move efficiently. Methods: A cross-sectional observational conducted on 700 healthy children, aged 8–17 years, who were randomly selected divided into ten groups 35 boys. Results: findings demonstrated there is a moderate (boys r=0.34, P=0.001 r=0.44, P=0.001). results also estimated more mature children gain better (r=0.45; Conclusion: correlated can obtain scores.
